Moon Zoom

For Christmas, Christine received a new zoom lens, so I thought I would take a picture of the moon and put it on my desktop background and ask her if she liked the pic. Then I told her I took it, she figured out pretty quickly what I got her:) Like I said, I took the image so just think how good it is going to to look when she uses it!

I forgot we didn't get Christmas gifts this year, so maybe it is an early anniversary gift...

The New Sea Nyphm

Thought it would be a good idea to post some pictures of the 72 hour, re-furbish the boat pictures. Yes the Sea Nymph is now sexy, sporting its new 12 coats of Hunter Green Aluminum Non-Fouling paint, and primer. I would recommend to anyone who is thinking about painting a boat, to think about doing something easier, like mountain climbing !!:):) The finished product makes it worth the 10 days of pain! Who wants to go boating??? I Do I Do:) I also forgot to take pictures of the boat hanging from the support beam in our car port, for ten days while I painted it. It was very redneck!

River Day July 5

You would think that most 4 of July Fireworks would happen on the 4th, but Mount Vernon has to be a little different, or maybe they don't know when the actual Independence day occurs!

So any who, we hit the river for the July 5 fireworks? Also we where able to get mom and dad to come!!!! It was a very good time. I think they really enjoyed it! Enjoy the fun pictures and Carries new dog.

Fun Nitro & Beer Weekend!

This Friday Chris, Dad, Christine and I went to Gateway Raceway to breathe some Ch3NO2! It was the funnest weekend we have had since having 12 earthquakes in one day. As you can see in the picture I was teaching Chris how not to pass out and cry will breathing Ch3No2! This was his first time and he was amazed!





Why is Dad laughing so hard? We may never know:)


One of the coolest parts of the weekend was the brewery! We didn't plan on going to the brewery, but we had some extra time because of the rain. Chris suggested that we go to the Anheuser Busch brewery tour. It was an awesome tour and the best part was free beer at the end!!













I have to say, definitely the fastest weekend ever:)
